In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and this Policy, the Terms and Conditions shall control.
Information We Collect.
In connection with the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

information you provide to us, including your name, your contact information (e.g., email address, phone number, postal address);

financial information such as income and credit bureau information, bank account number, or other similar information;

Additionally, in the event we are acquired by, or merge or consolidate into, another entity, or if there is a sale of our assets (including in bankruptcy), your information may be transferred to the entity acquiring us or our assets or that survives the merger or consolidation. You acknowledge and agree that in the foregoing circumstances, your information may be disclosed to such third party.

We use security measures that we, in our discretion, deem appropriate for the type of information that is provided by you and otherwise collected by us.
However, since no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information stored. We also cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us over the Internet. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any third-party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
D. Links to Third Party Websites.
The Services may include links to other websites or applications offered or made available by third parties (each, a “Third-Party Site”). We do not control or endorse any Third-Party Site. We are not responsible for the data collection and privacy practices employed by any of these third parties or their services and they may be tracking you across multiple sites and may be sharing the results of that tracking with us and/or others. You agree that your use of a Third-Party Site is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for the availability or contents of any Third-Party Site. We recommend that you review the privacy policy applicable to each such Third-Party Site.
E. Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This Section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information:

Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You may also opt out of receiving all or some browser cookies via any opt-out method we may make available from time to time. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
F. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information and/or sensitive information by logging into the website and visiting your account profile page, if you have an account with us, or by contacting support@chat.space with your access or correction request.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration. The Services may allow you to review, correct or update personal information you have provided through the Services’ registration forms or otherwise, and you may provide registration updates and changes by contacting us. If so, we will make good-faith efforts to make requested changes in our then-active databases as soon as reasonably practicable (but we may retain prior information as business records). Please note that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all your information from our databases and that residual data may remain on backup media or for other reasons.
When you edit your personal information or change your preferences on the website, information that you remove may persist internally for our administrative purposes. You may cancel or modify our e-mail marketing communications you receive from us by following the instructions contained within our promotional e-mails or in some cases by logging into your Services account and changing your communication preferences. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and if your opt-out is limited to certain types of e-mails the opt-out will be so limited. Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of our Services, such as administrative and service announcements and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving our marketing communications.

Consumers who are Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia
In addition to the disclosures provided above in this Policy, if you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut or Virginia resident you can exercise certain additional rights regarding your personal information.
Access, Correction and Deletion Requests:

You may request a copy of the following: (1) the categories of personal information we collected about you; (2) the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) the personal information; (4) the categories of third parties with whom we shared personal information, and the categories of personal information shared; and (5) the specific pieces of your personal information that we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold.

You may request that we (and our service providers) correct your personal information if it is inaccurate or delete your personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may retain personal information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, to process transactions and facilitate customer requests, and for certain other internal business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
To request a copy of personal information we have collected about you, or to request that your information be corrected or deleted, please submit your request by email to support@chat.space. You may authorize another person (your “agent”) to submit a request on your behalf the same way. Shortly after you (or your agent) submit a request, we will check our records for matching information and contact you (via the email address provided during submission of your request) with instructions on how to verify the request before we fulfill it. We will aim to complete requests as soon as reasonably practicable and consistent with any applicable laws.
Opt-Out Requests:

Identifying information, Usage Information and/or transaction information may be shared with consumer brands, advertising businesses and other third parties through targeting cookies, pixels or other similar technologies and data extracts (as described above). Under certain states’ privacy laws, you may be entitled to opt-out of these and other activities (some of which are referred to as a “Do Not Sell” right). You may opt-out of the following:

Any selling or sharing of your personal information to a third party (excluding service providers or other exceptions permitted by law);
•
Any third-party targeted advertising (i.e., cross-context behavioral advertising); and
•
Any use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geo-location or financial information) except for the purposes it was collected and as otherwise permitted by law.
At this time, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Please contact us for more information and to exercise these opt-out rights. Privacy laws may provide you with other opt-out rights which are inapplicable to us. Please note that we may otherwise continue to share your personal information with our affiliates and service providers, and as otherwise directed by you, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Non-Discrimination
You have the right to be protected from discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

For Nevada residents, please note that we do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law (Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 603A). You can submit a request to us at support@chat.space regarding the sale of such information.

You have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides you with the right to submit a request to us at our designated address and receive the following information: (1) The categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; (2) The names and addresses of third parties that received such information; and (3) If the nature of a third party’s business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party's name, examples of the products or services marketed. You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format and the information will not be specific to you individually. California privacy rights apply to all individuals (not just consumers), including job applicants, current and former employees, contractors and business partners. Due to the nature of these relationships, the collection and use of personal information can vary, but in general terms and in addition to all the disclosures above:

Job applicants may provide us with personal information as part of an employment application and review process that includes the applicant’s contact information, education and employment history, resume and cover letter. We do not use this information for any purpose other than to evaluate the individual for employment with us and manage our careers program. Job applicants may provide additional information for routine background checks to a third party provider of such services, under specific privacy terms and consents that will be provided at the time of collection.

Employees receive disclosures during and after onboarding that provides additional details regarding our employee privacy practices.
•
All such individuals who are California residents can request additional information about our privacy practices with respect to their information, as well as make the access, deletion, correction and opt-out requests as described above, by contacting us at support@chat.space. Please provide sufficient information that we can identify you and be aware that we may employ a more extensive authentication process to verify your identity before responding to your request. H. International Users.
Our Services are intended for individuals located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and access or use the Services, or submit your information to us, you do so at your own risk and choice. United States law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction. If you access or use our Services or contact us from outside of the United States, please be advised that (i) any information you provide to us or that we automatically collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States; and (ii) by using our Services or submitting information to us, you explicitly authorize its transfer to and subsequent processing in the United States in accordance with this Policy and United States law.
Use By Minors.
Links to third party websites on the Site are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. The Company has not reviewed all of these third-party websites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these websites, their content or their policies, including, without limitation, privacy policies or lack thereof.
The Company does not endorse or make any representations about third party websites or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them.
