Spaces Overview

Spaces are where collaboration happens. Organize your work by team, department, or partner for focused communication.

Spaces are the foundation of how communication is organized in the app. Each Space is its own workspace—with members, channels, and permissions—designed to keep conversations relevant and secure.

You might create Spaces for departments like Radiology or Billing, for clinical teams at different sites, or for external partners like pharmacies or labs. Each Space can have its own channels, visual identity (name, icon, and color), and member list.

Admins can control who can create or join Spaces, and even make a Space mandatory for all members in the organization. Whether it’s for a team that meets daily or a short-term collaboration with an outside group, Spaces make sure the right people have access to the right conversations.
