Why are my teammates not available in my channel?

Make sure you add teammates to Spaces first. Once they appear in Spaces, you can then add them to any channel.

Can I rename a Thread?

Yes. When a thread is created, it defaults to the first few words of the opening message. You can rename it inline until the first message is sent. After that, you can still rename the thread using the thread header menu.

How many times can I try logging in before I’m locked out?

Failure to successfully login after 10 attempts will lock you out of the app temporarily.

What happens if I get locked out after failed login attempts?

If you are locked out after multiple failed login attempts, wait 1 hour before trying again.

Is Spaces supported across all devices?

Spaces is available via browser, desktop, and mobile - including Mac. The one exception is Spaces Desktop, which is not supported on Macs with Intel processors. Download Spaces for your device at chat.space/downloads.

How do I reset my password?

From the login screen, click "Forgot password?" and follow the prompts.
